I am working with Anna
for weight issues. It's slow going, but for the first time I feel that I am
working on changing behaviors, rather than focusing on just the symptom of the
problem, which was overeating. Her book Weight Loss: A Quick Reference
Guide helped me see what my core beliefs about my weight were and how
they held me prisoner. Changing long held beliefs is not easy, but I am
committed to achieving my goal. Anna helps keep me on track by coaching me to
keep my focus on my vision.

I think the class
helped me change my attitude. Right now, even though I am not at my
ideal weight yet, I weigh less than I did since I was 13. I don’t
remember the last time I was this thin. The class helped me to realize
that I can be at my ideal weight, and helped me realize some of the
behaviors I had were preventing that. And then just sticking the number
in my mind. And not letting go of that number.
