My experience with Anna's coaching has been very positive.  My greatest achievement was in recognizing old hidden habits as the only culprits for gaining all this weight.  Once I was aware of the “habit” and the emotion behind it, it was easier for me to avoid the automatic reaching for food.  My learning experience was that “it’s so easy.”  Having been a diet maven all my life, I really had trouble accepting that it really is easy to eat normally without guilt and not gain weight.
My other greatest achievement was finally getting off diabetes medication. My blood sugar began to stabilize shortly after beginning coaching. And the doctor also cut my cholesterol medication in HALF!!

I’m positive that without Anna's coaching and, to me, her unique approach to achieving goals, I would still be struggling with my weight and may have ended up at 300 pounds. I still have a ways to go, but now I KNOW I will never give up, because I see progress, finally!

I would recommend to people considering hiring a coach to pick up the phone and make the call.  We can’t be objective about ourselves no matter how hard we try.  Just learning to quit beating myself up about my weight and my food choices was worth it.  Even when the results were disappointing at times (no change in weight between sessions) Anna's coaching got me through the plateau and helped me understand how the body's metabolism works.  There were so many things I learned about everything I could go on forever about how great it is.

ONE-HUNDRED POUNDS GONE!!! I did it! I achieved my ideal weight with Anna's coaching. I've lost a lot of weight before, but this time I got to the core of the issue, and it had nothing to do with food. So many diets work on the symptom of the problem, but without working on eliminating the problem, the weight comes right back, over and over. It wasn't easy to commit to long-term coaching, but the time passes whether you work on the problem or not.

Anna understood right away that it was my feelings about my job that was creating all my anxiety, and she showed me how I was sabotaging myself so I could have an excuse to overeat! It wasn't my job at all; it was my old programming that kept me seeking chaos. I was so used to chaos that I sought it out everywhere. I am working with Anna for weight issues. I think the classes helped me change my attitude. Right now, even though I am not at my ideal weight yet, I weigh less than I did since I was 13.  I don’t remember the last time I was this thin.  The class helped me to realize that I can be at my ideal weight, and helped me realize some of the behaviors I had were preventing that. And then just sticking the number in my mind.  And not letting go of that number.
