Coaching Programs and Fees
Individual Coaching - includes recordings at no extra charge (See Current Special)
You may find that my book, Weight Loss: A Quick Reference Guide, may be all that you need to begin your journey to reach your ideal weight, but in the event you need individual and personalized support, my rate is $325 per month for four 45 minute phone sessions. (For evening and weekend coaching, the rate is $350.) This fee includes interim calls of limited duration and limited emails.
Custom and long-term coaching packages are available based on your needs. Please contact me if you have any questions and to set up your complimentary 30 minute session.
In the event that you feel that individual coaching is not what you need after the first paid session, I will refund a prorated portion of your payment for the unused sessions. No reason necessary and no questions asked.

Buddy-Up Coaching
If you have friends who want group coaching, you can split the cost of coaching. For example, if you find three other friends to join you, each of you will only pay $82 per month. If you find four other friends, it will only cost $65 per month. The maximum number for group coaching is six per group. The minimum number is four. Coaching is done on a conference line, and long distance charges may apply.
Teleclasses
Teleclasses are structured to follow a six-week curriculum. Each class meets weekly for up to 90 minutes on a conference line. Long distance charges may apply. Teleclasses are available on Saturdays at 8:00 am or on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. A 110-page e-workbook is included in the cost of the teleclass, or a hard-copy of the workbook can be mailed for $25.
Minimum number of participants - 6.
Maximum number of participants - 12.
Cost $119 each.
